    Default It's that time again!

I posted a thread like this a few years back but I didn't really get any serious answers, so let's give it another go. Do you lot have any ideas for solution for the so called 'islamic problem'? I ask because outside of decrying anything involving muslims as being an atrocity and calling everyone and their mums a dhimmi, I've never seen you suggest anything.

I propose that we build a massive wall to the sky, and pretend that the Middle East + Africa doesn't exist. It will also go underground. The only thing going in and out will be oil.

Although stating a solution implies that there is a problem, which there isn't. The only thing which could be called problematic is Islamophobia.

There are just two basic problems - they have too much oil and they emigrated too fast to Europe. Terrorism and fanaticism isn't limited by religion, but can be the igniter.

Assimilate those not on the dole and with shaves. Send all others back without golden handshakes.

I think this pretty much sums all their solutions up.

A massive Marshall plan for the Middle East and North Africa. Economic growth tends to satisfy people beside giving them something to strive for: upward social mobility and education. That should take the air out of those pesky imams. As for Islamic terrorism, it should be dealt with, like every other terrorism movement. HUMINT operations and police actions. That drone thing is also seems to be working pretty good.

    Ban religion.

You can get all its benefits through other means and throw away the biggest excuse of bigots and idiots to elevate themselves based on their ignorance. I certainly can accept not all religious people are dumb but religion enables dumb people to claim their idiocy is somehow worth a damn and deserves respect and even worse enables not so dumb people to manipulate the dumb ones into believing even worse nonsense.

So the smart religious people should be able to maintain their morale compass without needing the refuge of religion, the rest need to be stripped of said refuge.

Admitedly this probably only transfers the problem because the idiots remain idiots.
"Sebaceans once had a god called Djancaz-Bru. Six worlds prayed to her. They built her temples, conquered planets. And yet one day she rose up and destroyed all six worlds. And when the last warrior was dying, he said, 'We gave you everything, why did you destroy us?' And she looked down upon him and she whispered, 'Because I can.' "

The Islamic Problem is the fact that many organizations and individuals along the Middle East area turned from Pan-arabism to Pan-Islamism after the defeats at Yom Kippur, 6 day War and of course the Iranian Revolution.

The problem is that Pan-islamism tends to fuel a type of sectarian and religious violence reaches far beyond the limits of the Middle East itself and projects conflict all around the Globe(or at least the Western Areas, which are most posters interest).

Another problem of Pan-Islamism is an inherently retrograd gene in many of it's organizations and expressions, as a Leftist yourself you should understand that freeing people from religious domination and oppression it's one important step in the long march of liberty.

The same thing as the Jewish Problem, but unsolved.

In view of our divine essence, we need only liberty and work; in view of our mortal nature, we need for our direction a guide and a support. A government is not then, as a distinguished economist has said, a necessary ulcer; it is rather the beneficent motive power of all social organisation.
