Unable to update M2TW Gold to 1.5

Hello,

I just reinstalled MTWII Gold without extensions Americas, Teutonic, Crusades or Britannia. (Bought on Gamersgate)
Just wanted Kingdoms last version to install some mods.
I downloaded the patch 1.5 on Gamersgate and tried to install it.
Answer : the setip has detected that no version of Medieval II Total War : Kingdoms is installed.

What's the matter ? My current version is 1.3 and need to update.

No clues ?

You have to have atleast one of the expansions installed for the "Kingdoms exe" to be installed.

I have the exact same problem (says that I need a previous version, which I have) and all the extansions are installed, it didn't helped a bit. What can be wrong ? I had a similar problem with another game, it keeps saying that I don't have a previous version installed.

Install at least one of the Kingdoms campaigns?

Logged in as Administrator?

Install it logged in as Administrator?
