FAILED: Gaius Drakan for Civitates (Patron: tBP)

wish to request a vote on the ascendancy of Gaius Drakan to civitate status.

Gaius is a hard working member of TWC, and a heavy contributor of the IRC, where he has been the only non civ i have seen get half op powers. though not the most active member on the forums, it is without a doubt that he a stalwart and active member of the community. above and beyond all this, he is currently rated the hottest member on TWC (as per the Say Cheese Thread)!!
i hope you find this candidate worthy, and accept his ascendancy into the Royal House of tBP.

After the Black Prince recently approached me with the offer of Civitateship, I was shocked beyond belief, after all, I had failed a Civitate vote a few months ago, and I didn't think I'd be offered the position again. I accepted his offer to be my patron of course, as he has been a nice guy to me and saw the special 'something' within my posts that he felt was worthy of Civitate status.

Am I Civitate material? It's an interesting question that, even now, still has me pondering on what to type next. I have the natural human flaw of having an over-large opinion of myself, so naturally, writing this in an un-biased point of view is quite difficult. Even having said this, I believe I am Civitate material, one reason is that I have time and energy enough to spend hours on these forums, contributing to the many threads open to public view. I also believe that I do deserve this position somewhat due to my activity on the recently established IRC channel, due to that activity, I have even been made a permanent half-op, which in itself proves a fair bit, as I'm the only non-Civitate to get that.

Can I contribute anything better to this already great forum? I believe that I can, as I said above somewhere, I have the time and energy to not only visit this site, but to browse the internet for general topics of interest, such as Soccer for those non-Americans like me. I can post news about Wrestling (In a single topic of course) for those interested in that, even though there are probably few. I can also participate in intellectual debate without being overpowered by the intelligence of the people around me.
I have a basic knowledge of text coding and could minorly help a few beginners start their course down the rocky road of modding. I also have the rare ability to give constructive criticism on models and skins and not just say things like 'that sucks'. Also, when MTWII comes out, I am aiming to be a text editor for it, and therefore I may be able to help those whom come to this forum asking how to do certain things only do-able by editing the text files. I am a member of the Wrath of Khan mod, just though I'd share that with you.
