FATW help for steam

Hi,

For some reason whenever I launch FATW through steam it just loads up the normal BI, i use lots of mods and i have never come acrossed this before.

The launch options are set for "-show_err -nm -mod:bi/ci" and i launch it as BI

But still wont work

Hope someone can help

So, inside your steamsapps/rtw/bi folder you have a "ci" folder? And in there a data folder? And all the files there are in tact?

Well, if the mod has been properly installed, and other mods you have work fine (so it's not a problem with permissions or anything), it must be the shortcut. Can you try copying the shortcut for another mod (preferably one that uses the BI .exe as well) and simply changing the "-mod:bi/ci" part?

I don't use shortcuts i do it directly through steam games. I tried it anyway though, didn't work

Not having RTW on Steam myself, I'm out of ideas, unfortunately, beyond the usual "uninstall and try installing again (using the .rar version)". I hope someone else will be able to help.

The principle remains though; it's either the shortcut or the installation, if you are sure one of them is perfect, it must be the other thing...
