.tga to .jpg

Can someone please tell me how to convert .tga files to .jpg. I've been trying to make a unit card (well not actually me but you get the idea) and I've gotten the screen shots I need but I can't get them into the proper format to post on imageshack. Or at least I can't get the file size low enough so that it will post it.

Download "Easy Graphic Converter" from this website. It's freeware.

pretty much any good graphic software will do it.

photoshop, gimp, paintshop, etc etc etc.

just save as and select jpg.

failing any of this and if you dont want to download a graphic converter, you could just take a screenshot (printscreen button on keyboard) and paste it into paint (open paint, and paste into a blank canvas), then save as a jpg.
