    Default Problems with roman models

For some reason my roman units in RTW will only appear in their low quality form with the ugly pointed limbs and such and no matter what settings I set for unit quality they stay the same...Also having a similar problem with AnistasioTheGreat's Spartan units in XGM...I have had this problem since I got the game but now it is annoying me to the point of frustration...anyone know what is causing this or how to fix it?

Thanks in advance for any help given

I think this belongs in the Mod Workshop.

One of the best solutions is to try uninstalling the game competely (this means deleted the RTW folder as well) and then reinstalling it. Also, what mods or things do you have installed now, besides the Spartans?

Well, I tend to notice that when playing with larger unit settings, (and even with decent specs and medium graphics) that the largest sized units have the stickman syndrome. Also, the stickmen also appear when the battles exceed recommended sizes. Other than that, I really can't help you with that.

Well I have reinstalled RTW several times, right now I am running it with XGM. I will try smaller unit sizes, although none of the battles were extending beyond reccomended sizes...

    Thanks for the help guys

    Trun Shaders on.
I heard that sometimes having it off gives stickimen sindrome even at higher detail levels.

Yes, you need to turn UNIT_SHADERS on.
