This is more of a request to see if anyone knows how to do this, or can point me to some place or information where I could make this myself.

I'm wanting to have the "view settlements" that was in Rome Total War back into Medieval II: Kingdoms. So far I've found the "Oppida" mod which basically creates a small army that doesn't attack, allowing you to go into sort a free look mode on the battlemap, however there is basically no atmosphere such as citizens walking around and such.

I would like to have a mod that makes viewing your cities/towns just like in Rome Total War. Is this possible? I know I'd need someway to find the coordinates of each city/town in the game etc.....I just really have no clue where to start with this, or if putting citizens into the viewing area is even possible.
