Making Ayyubid Faction and Crusader Units Historical
Dear Admin Of BC and Fans of BC, I have some recommendations for making ayyubid faction units more Historical:
1- A very major part of ayyubid army were Gorilla(Commandos) or Skirmishers. They used to throw flaming pots on marching crusader armies in deserts and then disappear in desert. This was a major tactics of Saladin for weakening Crusader armies befors direct confrontation. These skirmishers were often mounted for more easily "Hit and Run".
2- Armies on Crusades are often consisting single army, I think they should have more than one armies for one faction showing the historical reality of seemless lines of crusader armies. Kingdom of Jerusalem by himself should not produce armies equal to the armies of Ayyubids. It should rather mainly depend on the armies sent on Crusades.
3- Armies on Crusades should not fully consist of Elite troops.

they do have this tactics. but this was a big tactics of saladin to weaken crusader armies while crossing deserts. these skirmishers were mounted having some crossbow or small trebechut type weapon operated by the help of one leg and both hands to throw boiling oil pots on enemy from distance. i have read about them from various history books written on crusades including heraldium etc. i will shortly refer data about them.
