Empress/Queen/Female Heirs Possible...

I want to make it possible to have a Female Ruler of a Kingdom, for one why does it always have to be a man as ruler, two though, i dont always want to marry off my princesses, but why cant they become Heirs, even if their the Ruler's eldest child.
Empress Anna of Byzantium, thats along the lines of What i want to accomplish/make possible.

It is not possible for female characters to become something more than a princess or wife.

The only thing you could do is to create a general with a female portrait and name (and a selfcreated female battle model?) for the beginning of the game, but he/she would probably still be offered a wife.
Additionally every new (male) general would have a small chance to get this female name...

Alternatively you could create an amazon faction where all genders are swapped. (Even more work... )

Also thought that much, damn that sucks, and its not like the medieval world was completely male dominated either, note empress Irene of Byzantium, The Various Queens of England, and of Course, Isabella of Spain.
