    data/world/maps/campaign/imperial_campaign/descr_strat.txt

There's a section for each faction with all of their starting territories. Move the territory you want from one faction's section to another faction's section. For example, if you want to give Caen to France instead of England, find Caen in England's territories, and cut and paste the whole entry over to France's territories.

Make sure you also remove the army that is stationed in that territory. You do this by going in-game, mousing over the desired territory, and typing in the console "show_cursorstat". This will give you the territory's x and y coordinates. Go back into descr_strat and find the army that is stationed at that x and y coordinate and delete it.

I tried that by myself a fwe days ago... after finding out that I had to move the army I thought: too much work... letīs move_character my armies and invade "my" city.
It hurts a little bit to see I had it...

No it isn't too much work because you just simply copy ,paste and maybe delete the section that you want to have. But be careful with characters. If you do something wrong you get a CTD.

Ok, thanks, it will be alot of work I guess, I mean to make the startpos. of
    the late campaign more realistic.

One small question though, if you have already located the army can one, instead of deleting the army also move it by typping in an other coordinate?

it is far better to move them to other coordinates, while to delete them like kevindrosario mentioned before can cause a CTD, if you deleted a family member! i would suggest to read more details about that in the mod workshop!
