I deleted pacth 4.2 by mistake and deleted everything. i mange to install KGCM back with some help ( Thanks ) But now the voices are with the wrong factions
Byzantine Empire has the voice of england
Novgorod has the sounds of the Holy Roman empire

Just delete the events.dat and events.idx in the kingdoms_grand_campaign_mod\data\sounds folder. Then delete the map.rwm in the kingdoms_grand_campaign_mod\data\world\maps\base folder.

Run the game and it will rebuild these files, the voices will now be fixed

Well thats it then, you need to reinstall KGCM 3.0 + patch 4.2 + patch 4.3 in that order or the mod will not work.

Are you using Vista or Win 7? Is so have you disabled the UAC for the M2TW folder before installing the mod? You may have to manually delete some of the folders and don't forget to look in the C:\Users\<username>\AppData... folder if you have not disabled the UAC.

P.S. If you want to clear the previous installation from your computer:
    1. Go to Start and click the Run... button.
    2. Type regedit.
    3. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Sega\Medieval II Total War\Mods\Unofficial and delete the kingdoms grand campaign mod folder.

Or download the CCleaner (it's a free software)
After installing it go to the Tools and click on Uninstall button. You will wind the KGCM in the window. Click on it and choose Delete Entry.

After deleting the registry you'll be able to install the mod from scratch.

Did you use CCleaner or editing the registry?
If you tried this and it is still not letting you install, then disable the UAC for the M2TW folder and try to install again, starting with v3.0.
Read this post and apply fix #3.

If you use fix #3 from by previous post reference, then you are only disabling UAC for the M2TW folder. The remainder of your system will still have it enabled. Once you disable it, you are finished with it. There is no need in enable it for this folder.
On a related note, I was able to install and play KGCM, and any other mods I have tried, with no problems with UAC fully enabled. They all performed as advertised. The real problem arose when I tried to do any modding. It was just too difficult to keep track of all the file locations. Since there is no real benefit from having UAC enabled for such an old application written before UAC was conceived, disable it for this folder and make your life easier.
