Why RTW is interfering with Hearts of Iron 2?

So, today I was going to reinstall Hearts of Iron because it strangely changed my game language to another language. So I put in the Hearts of Iron disk, the launcher appears and I click uninstall, then it ask me which langue to use the setup (English, French and German) and then opens Rome Gold setup Wizard and a white box with nothing in it apart from "ok". Why is this happening? I tried deleting the HoI2 file and put the installer to repair but says something about a catastrophic error. So now I cant play HoI2 apart from a copy of it with the 1914 mod. What can be causing the problem?

Dont worry, after trying a million different ways of uninstalling it, I managed to uninstall and reinstall it.
