Registered nicks for the TWC IRC Channel

IRC Guide for registered nicks. (I use mIRC)

When you log onto the TWC IRC Channel you are prompted to identify or else your name will be changed.

So you have to type "/identify <password"

This can be annoying.

Therefore, try this.

1. IRC Options
2. Connect
3. Options
4. Select Perform
5. Click the box "Enable Perform on connect" I have it for all networks since I dont go on any other channel other than the TWC channel.
6. In the text box type "/identify <password>
7. Select ok.

This should take care of that nuisance for you.





Hope that helps folks. Also make sure that your nick is what you registered as when you close IRC. IRC uses the nick you used last. So if you change your nick make sure you change it back.

I have never used chatzilla. But if someone knows how to do it with Chatzilla they can provide a guide here as well.
