Seleucid 1-turn H/H
I've reaced 565AUC and havn't experienced a single crash or bug that I've noticed, except for missing unit car pictures occasionally but I beleive that is an RTW problem?
The only things worth commenting on are that the Seleucid campaign was really easy at the start but is starting to balance out now, but I suppose this can be caused by the AI taking a while to get rolling?
The parthians have just sat there and done nothing but I gave 2/3 of my bordering provinces to the Free Greeks a few turns ago so maybe they will attack them.
Also the galaetians (typo?) have kicked Carthage out of Spain without much of a struggle and I see this in campaigns I have played in "normal" RSII, should they be finding it so easy?
Do you want a screenshot showing the campaign map so far?

I seem to remember that if you were Greek and conquered Sparta you could recruit some of the Spartan units, I can't anymore? Am I remembering wrong or has that feature been removed?

That's only if you are playing the Free Greeks. There are too many model conflicts for the other factions. The Free Greeks were coded with it in mind.
