About remove blood clouds and permanent arrow.(descr_effect_impacts.txt)

I got two files here, one for permanent arrow, the normal arrow will not disappear.(flaming arrow will disappear)

another one for removing of blood cloud.



I want both effect that no blood cloud and permanent arrow.

But I can't find a clue how they work so I cant merge them.

It took me a few hours to find a tutorial about descr_effect_impacts.txt, but I didn't find any thing.


Can anyone tell me how to do this?
