    Default Magistrate terms

As it stands right now every position is vacated every year, but historically this was not so. Only certain offices would be annually elected. I wanted to ask everyone's opinion on this instead of just doing it because it will have serious in game consequences.

Pro-Consuls would serve two terms instead of one (20 days) but may serve longer

Censors would serve for three terms and must be ex-consuls (30 days)

Pontifex Maximus will not change, whoever is elected will be elected for life (though they collect no salary).

I'd rejig that a bit, perhaps to serve 3 terms as Censor one has to be an ex-Consul, but can serve one term if the position is uncontested. Ex-Consuls also getting preference in any vote.

Pro-Consulate changes look good, but I'd stipulate that it is open to challenge by anyone if you're perceived to be not doing your job.

Right. Essentially this means certain position would be more competitive and others less so. There would also be more scrutiny of actions, possible trials, etc trying to prove your opponent is unfit for his job

Id appreciate some sort of monetary bonus, as I will have to do a lot of extra RP as the PM

lol, no. You might not realize the amount the position benefits you right now, but to also give you monetary bonuses would be very unbalanced.

    You mean he can try.
Jon had taken Donal and Benjen’s advice to heart: Sam may be fat and pathetic, but he is still a member of the watch, and one of the few black brothers who isn't a rapist or thief. (out of context, this sounds ridiculously racist)
