backwards spears?

I succeded in making the armored hoplites look as though they are attaking with their spears overhand. :original: But the problem is that they are using the butt of their spears not the tip. Is their some way to fix that or would I need a new skin. Yes there are some out there but I would like to try and do this myself if I can.

If you are not using a new animation pack such as SignifierOnes, and jave just given them the fs_javelinman skeleton as i suspect then yes it will be reversed, just download signifierones animation pack, that includes an overhand hoplite animation that works properly with the normal RTW model, and it also includes lots of other good animations.
