    This is a tricky one... Excellent behaviour and highly affable, from what I have seen. He has great potential but has not reached it. I shall vote no, in my time honoured tradition. I think he needs to develop his ideas more often, of course, not all the time.

    Though many of his posts are rather abrupt, there are the occasional gems. I will vote yes, but just marginally.
