    Default Disappearing Act

I searched pretty well I think to make sure I wasn't posting an issue that had already been inquired about, so apologies if this has been posted already.

The issue I am experiencing is units that are in garrison disappearing, quite literally. It occurs when I select multiple individual units, but not all, garrisoned in a city, and attempt to move them. Occaisionally, if I deselect them, to do something else first, they vanish. The unit cards are gone, as are the units. Poof! Gone.

Any thoughts, opinions, or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

Like they literally disappear from the map?

And also what is RTW v5.0?

Never heard of that. The highest it goes is V1.9

Nope, not heard of that, th only way I know units "vanish" is when you retreat from a battle and not notice the little skull so your army is destroyed. But never from a garrison. Can you get some screenshots?

    I presume it's 1.5......

I've seen units get 'stuck' in a settlement before - you can see the unit on the strategy map onthe same location as a settlement but you can't select them (even by 'clycling' through the units).

Sorry for the delay all. New job. Very busy. I appreciate the time you all took to reply. Let me attempt to further clarify. Yes, I did mean v1.5, my mistake. Yes, they vanish from the campaign map, but only when the unit is in garrison. It's never occurred yet to a general or family member, only stock units. Let me give an example. I had moved a few polybian cohorts to Rome. When I was going to move them out again, I CTRL+Clicked on a handful, maybe three cohorts, but then I remembered something that I had to do otherwise. I deselected said units, completed my other task, and returned to look at Rome's garrison. Gone. Vanished. They are not there; I don't know how else to describe it. It's happened a few times, and I wish I could take a before and after screenshot, but I can't predict when it's going to happen. I have determined that the moment the unit actually disappears from the map is when I deselect the unit.

Edit: I thought I should add the fact that I did not end my turn, this all happened during.
