can't train old units after upgrading a settlement

i'm using byzantine for the campaign, after i upgrading a drill square to barrack in a fortress , the new trainable units just replace the old ones , i can't train byzantine spearmen any more ,without those spearmen i can't fight enemy cavalry. how to solve it?

HHB was not designed for v4.3. It is based on v4.2. If you use v4.3, then support cannot be provided for you.

i don't know how to upload pictures . i reinstalled KGCM3.0+KGCM4.2+HHB,there is still this problem : new trainable units just replace old trainable units in the "recruitment" list of a settlement ,so when i upgrade the barrack , i can't train early period units any more . is this normal ?

You can upload a picture to imageshack or any other host site. Then just copy the address into the 'insert image' window here, on TWC.
In any case, it is a feature in KGCM that you can't train some of the lower-tier units anymore after the upgrade. It prevents AI from recruiting lots of cheap units. Instead, it build stacks of high-tiers.
