Problems getting 7.0.3

I seem to have real problems with Rapidshare and im just wondering if there is another way to get my hands on this file?

Everytime i follow the rapidshare link and go to download the file i get this message:

Absolutely no idea what its talking about.What makes it worse is it tells me that getting a PREMIUM account would make all my problems go away.Yeah right.
Is there any other way to get it as i have been messing about for 2 hours now trying to get this to work.

Any help would be appreciated.

Well i was going upload it to filefront but as Darthmod 7.5 is bascilly complete am not sure if theres any point

Is there no way someone could just mail it to me as its not a big file.I'd really appreciate some help getting it as i'm off work this week?

EDIT: I dont want to put anyone out by doing that,i'll keep trying to figure out whats wrong with Rapidshare.Thanks for the replies.
