Yet another Hotseat

Hey folks.

Sorry for my absence. I'm away as I said so reliant on ky smartphone till Friday. The votes have added up to a Friday start. I think lannister goes first in a hotseat, and I anticipate taking my turn about 8pm gmt on Friday. I'll total up the other votes this evening.

Test drive is a good idea by the way, go for it says i!

Edit: votes updated. It's not impossible for any other level to overtake hard, so that's the level well be playing at.

I support the idea of a 2-turn treaty, and I vote for assassinations.

As for victory conditions, how about this: when all players still in the game are satisfied with the situation and make peace, then the game ends. That limits the metagaming.

paste the data folder provided in your main Westros folder and click yes when prompted
replace the .CFG file in the main westros folder with the .CFG file provided

As for the game leader, Heart of Madness and Danscall have to declare which one will be leading this hotseat.

I have updated to 1.05 and installed the game but keep getting a crash when I bring up the game.

I have kingdomss and I use the installer which placed it in the mod folder with the other Kingdom campaigns.

Download the ZIP version and put it gamedirectory>mods
If that doesnt work we are gonna try a fix so report when you do this.

Clearly I am an idiot or perhaps it is because it is now 5:40 am and I have been up all night.
I downloaded the rar file but all that is inside it is a registry file, surely there is more?

No answer? I tried the auto-onstaller again but it still crashes when the logo comes up. I can not seem to find the log report with the errors in either.
Oh, I am using Windows 7.

Are you using the kingdoms launcher? Then selecting 'Westeros' when the little menu pops up? Does it crash on the loading screen?

That is where it crashes and the Kingdom Launcher can not find the mod (it is in the right place).

...ok. I meant the game "Diplomacy". As none of you seem to have even heard of it, I feel a lot better.

Short version: Tywin Lannister would absolutely love it. And he'd be the boss at it.

Martin, did you download the zip file?
where do you run WTW from? kingdoms launcher or the bat file?
Do the other kingdom games like crusades work?

1: Yes. but all there was was a registration file and I have no idea what to do with it.
2: The Kingdoms launcher does not show the Westeros mod on the list. I have useds the shortcut and the bat file and both crash. (On a side note, if I click "run as adiministrator" it states it can not find the Kingdoms EXE)
3: All of the other games work.

what do you mean by regestration file? it is supposed to be either .rar or .zip and you have to use winrar or a program like that to extract the westros folder
