    Default Polybian reform does not happen

    Hey guys

    i have a problem..
    I play with rome and the first reform does not happen.

    I am in 239 B.C. now
    i control all of italy. include all 4 necessaire towns in north italy
    and i control all of sicilia...

    sooo it shoud happen right?
    I did activate the script ever time i played an the game..

    any idea'?

    You need to upgrade the barracks (if you already built the maximum level you need to raze them, use process_cq and add_money to simulate the reform).

    Every barrack (MIC) in every city which you want to produce the new units.
