    Default Multiplayer balancing

    As the team had a stroke of bad luck making most unable to properly check I'd like to share with you guys this proposal about XP and upgrade cost balancing.

    In the attached xls you'll find the proposed values.

    I'm trying to make sure XP and equipment upgrades are in line with unit costs, which as you can see requires a bit of math and options.

    There are two formulas for armour upgrade cost, one is based on just the difference in cost between one armor and the next level while the other one is based on a mathematical formula that determines the armor usefulness.

    Depending on discussion we may implement one or the other.
