ctd when i start battles

every other time i attack someone i get a ctd
the battles are sometimes between very small armies so i dont think its on account of having a weak system
the first day i played i had no ctds all day (than again i autoresolved almost everything)
after that day i decided to manually play the battles and now i get constant ctds

i would attach a log but its 36 freakin megabyte

If you compress the log it should come down to one MB
