Help on Rally Points?
I know this is more of a general RTW question, but I thought I'd ask here as I'm playing (and always will) RTR VII.
I've done it again and like many years before I can't remember how to undo it and it's just as irritating now as it was then. I'm sure rally points can be very useful, but in all my years of RTR I never got into using them...except by mistake. I think I've set one at the docks of Capua or one of my Admirals and I can't seem to undo it.
If I mouse over that dock the description bubble/square that comes up says Romani Navy instead of Romani Docks. More importantly, I can't sail my ships into that dock. I'm pretty sure I accidentally set the rally point to my admiral as the only way I could fix the problem and get access back to the docks was to disband that admiral's unit (no biggy and I'm happy that the issue is resolved).
I'm just curious as to how to undo a rally point on a ship without disbanding it. I didn't even know you could set a ship as a rally point... like I said I do this by mistake lol.
Yes I tried the search function.. search "Rally point" by title and get 4 threads which weren't helpful. search by post and there's 8 gajillion of em. If I took 3 days to read em all I might find the answer.
I guess the answer is to stop setting rally points by mistake
