I did it! I got the Pontus to friendly fire kill 50% of their own units.
Like usual, the Pontus has multiple Scythed Chariots.

1) The Pontus run toward a hill in the center of the map, thinking height will give them an advantage. I marched my unit to the side of the hill to decrease that advantage. My Archers showers fire arrows on their Chariots and they ran amok in the middle of their ranks.

2) One group of Scythed Chariots, still under control, got to my archers. My cavalries held it off until my Archers can get it running amok. My cavalry quickly retreated afterwards.
After some more fighting the Pontus decided the battle was hopeless and tried to retreat. Unlucky for him, and lucky for me, when my unit was standing just happens to be blocking their path of retreat. My arrows and cavalry made their retreat very painful, and more importantly, slow. Their spearmen, multiple times, have to turn to face my cavalry when I pretend to charge at them. Their missile units also had to retreat when they see my cavalry charging at them.

3) The Scythed Chariots, which were running amok behind them, catched up to them. What followed was a total bloodbath, as their units where trapped between their own Scythed Chariots and my men.
