    Default Stability fixes

First off, congratulations to the devs, and thanks for an epic Westeros mod. I'm thoroughly enjoying playing this, and I think the full release when it gets here is going to be a cracker.

The only real problem I'm having is some patchy stability; quite often I get to turn 35-40 or so and from then on attempting to end the turn crashes the game, so I have to start over. I was wondering if there were any tips or tricks about how to improve it a little? I know someone somewhere said that if Renly has too many children then it causes a crash, so I've been going hell-for-leather to kill him and cease his rampant womanising and that does seem to get me an extra 5 turns or so.

    Other than that, any ideas?

I've never had such stability problems in the past years... are you using the CPtrpz enhanced version? if yes, i think you may fix this by putting this in your data folder

Lol it didn't allow me to upload it since it's a .xml file! I wasn't aware of it, sorry!

It is the descr_campaign_db.xml. extract and overwrite.

I don't have it anymore. I played with it until it crashed
but for a different error, it did it while merging 2 units (a common error in some minor mods, I don't know how to fix but it is not the major bug that does not allow you to go on with your campaign) and i had not saved for several turns; the thing annoyed me so much that i returned to the clean 0.54 version. So I can't really answer to your question. It is even possible the thing I tried to fix had nothing to do with the error (so it's a pretty inutile thing) but I don't think so.

Actually, only one answer can be done: try!

Absolutely true my friend... you think they are save game compatible though?

I'll give this a try, thanks. In my current run through as the tyrells its gotten much farther, up to around turn 40. Id love to know exactly what causes the crashes!
