Ritterbrüder for HRE in 6.4?

Hey guys, I just got one short question. Is there any way to unlock Ritterbrüder and Dismounted Ritterbrüder from the Teutonic Order for the Holy Roman Empire in Stainless Steel 6.4?

Maybe connected with a Teutonic Chapterhouse in Town.

I love to play with HRE, but would like to strike with Ritterbrüder instead of the regular Teutonic Knights you get when building a chapterhouse.

Yes. Give them ownership in all eras in the export_descr_unit file and make sure to add their unit cards to the HRE file as well or you will get a generic image for them.

Hmm... seems like this is already done.

Dismounted Ritterbruder and Ritterbruder both have this entry in the export_descr_unit file:

ownership teutonic_order, hre
era 0 teutonic_order, hre
era 1 teutonic_order, hre
era 2 teutonic_order, hre

dismounted_ritterbruder_info.tga and ritterbruder_info.tga are in D:\Medieval II Total War\mods\SS6.3\data\ui\unit_info\hre

#ritterbruder.tga and #dismounted_ritterbruder.tga are in D:\Medieval II Total War\mods\SS6.3\data\ui\units\hre

but they did not appear in my last campaign. Have i done something wrong or do I have to build a chapterhouse first (I had a citadell)?

Did I miss anything?

You need to build a chapterhouse.

You can only build Teutonic Chapter houses in Thorn, Stettin, Hamburg, Magdeburg, and Palanga up to ~1230 if I read the descr_event file right?

HRE already recruit Ritterbruder from chapter houses. The generic Teutonic knights units have been removed.

Thats one of my favourite things about 6.4, who wants boring old Teutonic Knights?

Maybe the Teutonic Order sent the fail guys to work for the Reich and kept the cool stuff for themselves
