Cerdices.

I'm playing as the roman brits. Whenever I launch an attack against the saxon invader from the town fo cerdices the game crashes. Well.. it doesn't actually crash. It just perma-hourglasses.

The enemy is not sieging me. He is located directly east of the city of Cerdices. Help. Want saved file? I suck at modding so I have no idea what's going on.

This is a totally fresh install btw.

Hmm... don't have the save anymore. I exited town and attacked them in that location from the south and it worked just fine.

are you by any cahnce using an ATI card? maybe no relevance but just curious,
if ever you get CTD again send me a .sav file there are many reports of CTD with WRE/WRR/ERE/ERR recently, want to see if RB also has these probs

Ok, I'll keep the .sav file next time. My bad. Also I use 7800GTX Nvidia.

Ramon, just a question: are you able to look inside the .sav files???
if so, they should be like a "desc_strat.txt", right? well, i think we could solve the family tree problem FOR SURE if we modify one of them; is possible?

I tried opening it in notepad ++, its just gibberish. what I do with the .sav file is I copy it to my "...\Activision\Rome - Total War\bi\saves" folder and try it in-game.
