    Default No watchtowers

    Does anybody know how to make watchtowers unbuildable?
    Or at least make them very expensive, I have modified descr_cultures.txt so that it costs 999999, but it doesn't seem to work, in game it costs 200 as it was before

    descr_cultures is the place to modify cost, although there is about 5 references to watchtowers in there, so if you only did the first one you came to, then the others will still be at the vanilla price! If you had done all of them, then the price might just be too high.

    I've not tried it, but you could add:

    <can_build_watchtowers bool="false"/>

    in the "<settlement>" section of data/descr_campaign_db and see if that disables them entirely.
