Gnaeus Claudius Tranquillus
I, Gnaeus Claudius Tranquillus, former Senator and Quaestor of Rome, do hereby sell 10% of my Slave trading company unto Pro-consul Publilus Sempremonius Lucullus, for the total sum of One Thousand Denarii, to be invested within the company forthwith. The terms of this contract are;
1. 10% of all profits made by Gnaeus Claudius Tranquillus in that venture shall be given to Publilus Sempremonius Lucullus
2. Publilus Sempremonius Lucullus does not hold the right to sell his shares on without formerly having th consent of Gnaeus Claudius Tranquillus
3. Gnaeus Claudius Tranquillus retains the right to buy out Publilus Sempremonius Lucullus shares for at least their original value times two, this is at the discretion of the holder, Publilus Sempremonius Lucullus
4. Publilus Sempremonius Lucullus shall attend or send a representative to a yearly shareholders meeting to discuss the future of the company
4a. Failure to attend or to send a representative could lead to shares being seized and redistributed amongst other shareholders
5. Should Publilus Sempremonius Lucullus partake in any illegal activity that may lead to the harming of the establishment or to the damage of it's value he shall have his shares seized by Gnaeus Claudius Tranquillus
6. Publilus shall be entitled to at least 10% of any benefits given by the company.
