CTD when starting the Game (export_descr_unit.txt)

I deactivated UAC installed the mod and the run the setup and got a bunch of error msg's whilst i tried to change the translation... something like battle.txt not found etc.

Afterwards i tried to start the game (with admin rights) and short after i see the
SS intro screen the game crashes with no error msg.
