Can't Select Orc culture in custom battle

Can some please help me i'm not sure if this is a bug but thres no orc culture is custom battle for settlements i only have Men, drawfs , evil men and Isenguard

Yes its a known bug try this if you want to do a seige

1. Select Custom Battle from the game menu
2. Select settlement level: Fort
3. Change settlement culture to Men
4. Select your desired settlement level
5. Proceed

As of right now this is the only way to do custom siege battles...

i know how to select settlements i just want to use orc settlements in custom battle but heres no orc culture so i can only play with the men, drawfs, evil men etc

are Third Age can select heroes? and heroes can be used skills?? OMG if its possible its will a Great Great Great Game to lord of the rings awesome.

i have seen in map skill in pig map, but i still nob in game just played 2 day

Perhaps they come in 3.0
In custom battles settlements aren`t similar than campaign map, so play campaign
