Help with General's Loyalty

Hi guys im playing a Venetian campaign right now and it is very difficult to expand. My generals have very low loyalty and basically once they hit the field they become rebels. How do i prevent this? Also whenever one of my generals capture a city they always get a penalty like Order:warning or Fine or summons. Why does this happen? Any help please

You have Byg's Grim Reality installed. Go to the BGR thread in the submods forum and download and read the manual there.

oh i think i understand.. so does help balance out super aggressive factions from expanding too hard?

BGR helps balance out YOU.

It doesn`t affect the AI controlled factions.

Oh lo... no wonder but it seems a little unfair how the other factions have like 20 stacks running around and i can only attack into foreign lands using one heir or leader

It would be unfair, except you will probably still win.
