    Default Civil war

When I play as a roman family is there any way how to start the civil war as soon as possible?

Yes. I believe it's possible if you completely box in one of the families so they can't expand. Eventually they attack you.

You could also just start spamming assassins, and going after family members of either the Senate faction or the other two families. Eventually, the Senate will declare you an outlaw and demand that you execute your faction leader. Refusal to do so will start the civil war.

I took at least 35 lands before you can get Plebian support to take over Rome.

Or you could do something to get you outlawed which I haven't done.

Great way is to take a lot of settlements, and exterminate a few on the way. Eventually the plebs will love you. Although, the game doesn't tell you that you can start the civil war. You need to monitor that yourself. As for spamming assassins, the senate will often just break an alliance with you, then tell you to go do a mission to win their trust back. You never want to do it that way. Then you'll have 3 roman factions attacking you at once. Where as if you get the pleb support you can attack the factions one by one.

Every time I play Rome and the civil war starts I get attacked by all the factions at once.

That's odd, I exterminated the Senate. Moved to attack the Brutii and the Scipii didn't assist til Brutii had 2 settlements left.

You can delete the Roman superfaction line from the game code, but because RTW's diplomacy system is so poor you can be backstabbed at any time by the Roman factions. Probably the quickest way to start the civil war without cheating or changing the game code is to get 30-40 settlements as fast as you can. You will get a message telling you that you have enough public support to attack Rome.

I am at 46 states already. If I get 50 states do civil war automatically starts, or just game over you are a winner?

Civil war can happen when the plebs have a certain amount of happiness for you.

^That has, for as far as I knows, nothing to do with it.
