PackFileManager says"DB Editing disabled"how to fix?

use the pfm for ntw it works fine with etw(i never use the etw version), only tables it wont open are units table or technology but thats fine because you can use db editor for that ...heres the link:http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=346400 hope this helps
