Go to your steam libary, right click on ETW, go to properties, local files, verify integrity of game cache. DO NOT UNINSTALL ETW.

After you are sure vanilla works (as in actually played it to check) install IG2.

IG2 does work from the launcher point of view, the actual files I don't know-I did not make them.

Vanilla is the standard game. The game as it is, without mods.

Forget the mod for now, just make sure ETW on it's own works before you do anything else (ie verify it and test it).

Install IG2 with full admin permissions, from the admin account on your computer.

See if it works, making sure that the game and mod launcher are being run as admin.

Yes, but we don't know whether it won't crash yet.

Forget the Mod after a few times crash again. it's a shame because it is a very good mod, I liked the little I played with it, Portugal is great! I play now with a mod that unlocks all factions, but Portugal sucks a little. It's really a shame. Someone to correct problems of this mod and improve them in the future please!
