Military tribunes from the 5th Sicilian legion and 3rd Spanish Legion arrive in the Basilica to petition against the Pro-Consuls of Spain (Sextus Tuccius) and Sicily (Publilus Sempremonius Lucullus).
They require advocates to file their charges and lead the prosecution against the Pro-Consuls for the mismanagement of their provinces.
