    Good morning,

    Here some ottoman examples;





    And some things I found strange when testing the game;

    The 'swedish' forces in Philadelphia consist only of indians?
    The unit picture for pikeman is one with a musket?

    -in order to enhance the naval experience it may be an idea to increase the number of ships max in a fleet from 14 to 20 (all slots occupied)
    -and secondly to force the AI to recruit more ships of the line
    -lastly the price and upkeep of ships could be reduced so there will be more ships and seabattles

    -Yes, we use a vanilla pic for now.

    I'll let Brewster answer the ones about naval, I think he has a better overview over what we want to do there.

    Hi!

    To get 20 ships you have to play in ultra size of units in graphic setings.

    I'll edit the spending pattern of the AI in some later versions to concentrate a bit more on armies rather then city's etc.
    I wont be decreasing costs because the money for the player is easy to make/use for the upkeep.

    War isn't cheap

    Good morning General Sir,

    It struck me that the income for the Netherlands when entering in the city income/expenditure detail screen is rather low. Total income is lower than some of it's colonies...

    Well, here some idea's for the Maratha army:

    I think the lizard is supposed to scale the wall, go around a fixation point and then return with the rope lured by a piece of meat so that then these guys can go up the wall.
    Sofar I do not really see them get all the way up there in full armour....

    One thing that jums into my mind; I saw that the upkeep cost for conscripts is almost triple the price of a line regiment!?
    I allmost went broke yesterday after recruiting 4 units....

    conscripts were a short term unit, you recruited them, shot at the enemy and then disbanded them, recruit them, fight a big battle and then disband them..
    best tactic is probably to recruit them if your suspect your enemy will besiege you next turn, you get them cheap, they can repel the enemy and then you can disband them.
