Default How to make a unified Rome for AI?

Is it enough to assign all roman cities to Julii in descr_strat file? Then how can I rename "Julii" to "Romans"? Will AI benefit somehow from Senate (which will be non-existent)? But may be it should still issue quests? Will it be possible to conquer such a "non-existent" faction?

To make it easy on yourself, download TE 4.0, it unifies Rome and makes some changes that make RTW vanilla what it should be.

If you want to make it yourself:

    Open descr_strat.txt.

First of, all delete Scipii, Brutii and Senate (SPQR) from the faction list at the top of the file.
Then copy/paste all the settlements and characters (!) into the "faction romans_julii" section, but don't copy the "character record section!
Next, you have to delete the trait "heir" and "leader" from the leaders and heirs of the former brutii, scipii,...
