Pergamon 1 turn - DeWitt
It's 589 A.U.C., campaign fairly easy right now, no economic problems at all (1turn too cheap buildings, as already mentioned).
On the other hand 3 full stacks is enough to defend and even expand my empire at will (money AI problem, known)
