I know it's a bit cheating but in my case it was absolutely unlogic. I attacked an enemy fleet with my ships and destroyed or captured all ships but one. Adn this ship could escape and sent its fullstack on my unsecured territory while my armies fought against 6 enemy fullstacks near Kyoto. I mean when I'm destroying 9 out of 10 enemy ships, why isn't the army reduced, too? It's so unlogic at all, and I think it's nearly impossible to destroy an enemy fleet before they land their units.

So I want to reduce the enemy force so they just have 3 units. But what entries have I to delete in the Savegame-Editor? I tried to delete just the unit entries in the Army Arrays but the savegame crashed...
