    Default How would I implement this?

    In Rome BI a faction could have many religions, I could have christian Rome, pagan Vicus Saxones and still be fine with the population. In Rome I could recruit christian priests and inspire pagan troops, but here your religion must be dominant or else you will lose cities to revolts and such.

    But anyway, look in descr_settlement_mechanics.
    Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

    <pip_modifier value="1.0"/>
    <castle_modifier value="0.5"/>
    <pip_max value="16"/>

    Each point gives 5% unrest. There's a max of 16 points (or 80% religious unrest). Reduce this maximum to reduce the amount of religious unrest possible. Change it to 0 if you want to get rid of it completely.
