cant install this thing

so i installed all the .cab files but when i get to the .msi and i click run and whatnot it says cannot find the .cab files even though i directed it to the .cab files (all 4 of them)
is there a possible skip option?
i downloaded the 1st .cab file 2 times deleting the first one to see if that helped. and it still didnt help

well if you feel like trying the cab methid again, take some screenshots. it will really help see what you are doing.
