OOC: Then that is tough luck. Crusaders will not wait for your Islamic friends to reply so you will have to posty your numbers or forfeit the regions that are under attack.

"Me? Ruin? I'm not the ruiner, I'm the ruinee! Or is it ruinness? Ruinette?"
"She's ahead of the litter all right. The pick of the litter. The cat's pajamas. Oh wait. Why would Applejack take some poor kitty's pj's? That's not very sporting of her."
"More balloons! No, that's too many balloons. More candy! No, less candy. Ooh! I know! Streamers!"
"Oh my gosh. Hold on to your hooves – I am just about to be brilliant!"

OOC: If Dalmatia is walled then I assume we will begin with a good old artillary assault.
122 heavy artillary and 153 light artillary should do.
Cookie, I will put up the experiance of my units now so you can edit the OP.

The NPCs pledge a total of 100,000 Saracen Militia (Watch/Light Infantry) and 200,000 Saracen Spearmen (Watch/Spearmen).

They are extremely small NPCs, and they are poor. I could double or even triple their numbers, but then you'd have a big NPC horde that player-controlled factions can't match.

Well, if you look at the saracen armies, most of them were light infantry who got together and curbstomped all the christians they could with numbers... so yeah.
