Can't install this..

I've tried installing it with the installer, installing the mod to another folder and copying the files to the RTW folder, and the mod still won't work.

I've tried it with:
RTW 1.5
BI 1.6
Alexander 1.9

When I used the installer it ALWAYS crashed with that stupid "can't find skeleton r/elephant/etc/etc" and when I install it manually it just locks up my computer every time I try launching the game via the launcher. :/

P.S. I'm using Vista, and I'm not using Steam.

P.P.S. I'm gonna try downloading that 1.1GB zip file with the whole mod, I hope it works.

The whole download is designed for mac but you can try it.

If it always crashes with the skeleton error, it is not installed correctly. Simple as that. I know it seems basic, but tell us where you downloaded the files to, and where you installed to.

When I used the installer I installed it to the RTW folder, except when I went to install it manually and had it install the files to a different folder.

I had the install files in my downloads folder (the one in the documents folder).
