    Hi!

I think I know you for something .. You can make several changes. In building_effects_junction table in data folder you can change if ports can trade( add them the next stat and any value you want), how many trade lines they can stand (trade_routes_mod_max_sea), the ammount of tons they can handle (export_capacity_port). But also there are sevelar commodities table the first after the name column I think it is the ammount of tons each ship can trade of that good. The other one is related to prices but not sure if it is elasticity of prices now which is a concept of how prices evolve due to the demand of them.

    See you.

You now me from the EiC beta testers

But i'll give this a try thank you !

    Edit :

I've found it and edited it.. only in game nothing changed ? trade didn't became more worth and i edited that ports can work on more ships at once and that also didn't worked..

It's saved and in the correct place..

Which stats did you change exactly? did you make the changes in a mod pack different from patch pack?

I have done the change to allow navy ports to trade in my personal mod and they work by changing adding a row to them with trade_routes_mod_max_sea and value 1

    Hi!

If you go to steam> library> empire> properties> local files > and there something like verify integrity of cache of game, steam will download automatically the files that are missing.

ports building capacity? naval_recruiment_points of ships? if it is that that is not the stat to allow or increase the trade routes in your ports. The correct stat is trade_routes_mod_max_sea. If you use recrutiment_points it will allow you to build more ships at a time, if merchant of course you will build up your merchant fleet quicker but not the trade income per ship. This last one depends on the commodities tables a value for each commodity. But also this is a system that I do not know completely, for example export_capacity_port I think it is related to how many tons you can trade with other countries.

Uhm My steam is still downloading the file back so then i'll do what you said cause i also want to build more merchants(& warships) faster.

Faster? then go to unit tables and there you can also help your building efforts by changing the turn to build column values. Also you can reduce the upkeep of merchant ships so you make them more profitable.
