theres nothing special about it.just replace/rename your westeros folder with the one uploaded by tripz.

I did exactly like you added in the first post.
Ingame - load a game - campaign save - that tyrell save - the same sad result... after loading it returns everything into the main menu :/
I will have to resign from playing Stannis if I don't fix this today. I am in the dark

I deleted it already.
I will install everything again like this:
1. 0.53 alpha
2. replace your westeros folder with CptTripz Enhanced 0.53 http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=477004 .
3. replace your westeros/data/menu folder with menu.rar, it should enable your HS.
4. also, use this cfg: westeros.rar.

leave step 1 out, it may add files that cause your problem.
thats why i said replace your folder (the alpha is just that folder).

Ok, I am sooooooo very sorry for the delay people. But if it makes up for it I spent the last 3 hours after work trying to figure this out and with the help of Danscall I was able to find the source of my stupidity and it was dumb. You see I wasnt updated to Kingdoms 1.5 which wouldnt allow me to play saved games that were created on 1.5. Son of aI feel stupid and I am no noob. Ive been playing mods for years, and it just never clicked that I needed to go past 1.4.
