i actually am at a loss why it shouldnt work for you.

what is your operating system? did you completely remove the mod, made a clean 0.53 install (try both the "folder" and the "installer" version) and then tried the submod again?

I'll try reinstalling, so far I've been avoiding it, but it's probably necessary.

you should also put in rules like the person with the highest total score by turn 30 wins or something like that because i doubt you people be playing this for over 60 or 70 turns...that would be impossible right?

The fact that this is a turn-based game, and the fact that we all have real lives, must not be allowed to stand in the way of the Lannister's staggering collapse and then meteoric rising from the ashes.

Yeah I agreee, no turn limit, lets keep playing till someone wins. It will take a long time, maybe a year, but it will keep us occupied (those of us who aren't working on the mod, like me, and just lurk) while we wait for the mod to finish.

Also we should also make that there can be a "team win" Like lets say that I (the arryns) and my ally the tullys kick some serious butt, then we both win. Would make sure there are no last minute betrayals or something

THE MOD CREATORS FORGOT TO CREATE THE TEXTURES FOR HOTSEAT!
so all you have to do is:
1) download and extract the file: http://www.mediafire.com/?nbspi7ooosj3a7g
2) put all the contents of the textures folder in: westros>data>menu
3)put the westros.cfg file in the main westros folder
4)enjoy the hotseat!

the only problem here is that the house.... thing which comes at the begining of the turn appears for every single faction so if you are house stark you have to see all 8 faction victory conditions and that kinda sucks so if anyone can disable that let me know

It's just like the kingdoms hotseat so you can play locally too.
I've done this using enhanced but it should also work with alfa thx for rep

ill try to contact sam_bob. if we cant get this to run til sunday, someone else will manage this. if any of you have experience in HS, please contact me.

meanwhile, replace your westeros/data/menu folder with this Attachment 187567, it should enable your HS.
